This slow mindful movement practice is inspired by yoga, and it is very easy to follow. You don’t even need to watch the video; just follow the instructions.
For this 21-min lying down mindful movement practice (recorded live via Zoom), you might want to use a yoga mat. Still, if you don’t have any, a towel or a blanket will do.
This is a great practice to do after a busy day at work or even right before going to sleep to help you unwind and relax.
