This mindfulness course is a training programme, through which you will acquire mental skills and develop new habits and attitudes to deal more skillfully with stress and life’s challenges.

In 8 weeks, you will learn how to shift towards greater mental and emotional well-being.

YOGA CLASSES IN STUDIO & ONLINE

We offer yoga classes in our home studio & online. We also teach in other yoga studios.

Our classes will make you feel good and energized on the level of mind & body.  We don’t push anyone into a posture and always give variations and clear instructions, so even a yoga newbie would feel comfortable.

It is important you learn to feel your body and its boundaries. You decide how challenging your yoga practice is.

Our online yoga classes are full-length; they are convenient & safe. They keep your practice focused & connect you with other yogis. Sceptical about practising online? Read about the benefits of online classes.

YOGA STYLES

We teach hatha yoga, yin yoga and yoga nidra. 

Hatha yoga creates the flow of energy in the body. Yoga nidra provides complete relaxation. Yin yoga slows you down to release stress in the body and mind.

HATHA YOGA

This class is a combination of physical postures, breathing & meditation. Let your energy flow!

YIN YOGA

This class includes long-held stretches along with breathing practices and elements of mindfulness to slow down.

YOGA NIDRA

This class is a combo of gentle hatha flow and restorative yoga nidra. The most restorative practice ever!
