This 45-min class (recorded live via Zoom) is based on mindfulness and yoga Nidra techniques. Anyone who can lay on the back can join the class. It’s not necessary to have any prior yoga experience.

We will start the class with gentle standing mindful movement to reconnect with the body, quiet the mind and become fully present. From thereon we will continue with the Yoga Nidra practice. You can practice the yoga Nidra directly in your bed, also as a stand-alone practice (go to 21 min of the recording).
